I was in a car accident where my head hit the window and face on the steering wheel with blood everywhere. I swallowed glass and had a concussion so bad I could not work for almost a year. Unfortunately, the person who hit me had Allstate insurance. They are notorious for consistently causing putting their clients in the hands of Mayhem and putting profits above people. According to the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Allstate is the worst insurance agency for consumers. We chose Adrian Dejeu bc he had defeated Allstate in court recently. Thanks to Adrian we did not have to go to court and were able to settle. But Adrian was prepared to fight a bad faith lawsuit Allstate and was able to prepare us for what truly would happen with them. The mediator was surprised and called our settlement a "minor miracle." The people and the office environment were very calming to me when having to do the deposition and relieve that horrible experience. While we were are not in good hands with Allstate, we were in good hands with Adrian Dejeu, and he protected us from Mayhem like Allstate.

Adrian is an incredible lawyer. I was in an accident and the at fault driver had a small (horrible) insurance company that no one has ever heard of. It was a nightmare trying to communicate with them and at the advice of my chiropractor, I contacted Adrian. I can't tell you how glad I am that I did! He handled everything with them and cut out all of the frustration I was having. He was always available when I had a question, or even just needed to vent about the frustrating experience. When my medical treatment was complete he stood firm against an insurance company who although had admitted fault, was hell bent on paying even less than what my medical bills were. During meditation he pushed hard and we settled for a significant amount more than they had been prepared to pay. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was fully educated in my decision to settle or request a jury trial. He supported my decision either way and while I am confident he could have gotten more at a trial, I was ready to be done. I honestly can't say enough about his character and integrity.
